How to order in a coffee shop

2. Stand vacantly at the counter.
3. Be told "I'm just putting your order in."
4. Pay.
5. Pick up a very well-chocolated cappuccino and a cinnamon bun.

No, no I didn't miss out a step there.

We haven't quite got to the point in our local community shop where the barista starts making two black americanos and a one-shot latte when we walk in, but it's close :)
